Emerald Golf Club is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and reliable Bar & Venue Supervisor to join our team. We're looking for a confident leader who takes initiative, thrives in a busy hospitality environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
About the role
- Supervising daily bar and venue operations
- Leading and supporting our bar team
- Confidently managing shifts and overseeing venue operations in the Bar Manager's absence
- Assisting with the coordination and delivery of functions, events and promotions
- Overseeing bar and gaming operations while maintaining compliance with relevant legislation
- Managing cash handling, opening and closing procedures
- Maintaining high standards of customer service, presentation and operational efficiency
About you
- Previous experience in a hospitality supervisory role
- Current RSA and RSG certificates
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Experience supervising staff and managing busy shifts
- Confidence in handling customer enquiries and resolving operational challenges
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and a varied roster
- Experience in gaming operations and coordinating functions or events will be highly regarded
