Embrace Capital is a Brisbane-based finance, property development and investment firm. We offer investors access to property development investment opportunities, and we are growing our capital raising team.
The role
This is a remote, commission-only role for an experienced capital raising professional. You will:
- Work through investor leads provided by Embrace Capital
- Understand each investor's objectives and explain our current offers clearly and accurately
- Guide genuinely interested investors through to a meeting with our Director and on to investment
- Manage your pipeline, keep accurate CRM notes and follow up consistently
- Bring your own investor relationships into the pipeline, where you have them
We don't use pressure selling. Our approach is to give investors clear information so they can make an informed decision.
About you
- A proven track record in capital raising, investment sales or wealth-related business development
- Clear, demonstrable experience dealing with investors
- An existing network of investors will be a considerable advantage
- Professional, credible and comfortable speaking with high-net-worth individuals
- Self‐motivated, organised and disciplined with follow‐up and record‐keeping
- A strong understanding of, and respect for, Australian financial services compliance
What's on offer
Commission only – OTE to $200k, base negotiable. This is an independent contractor engagement (ABN required), paid as commission. Base remuneration is negotiable for the right applicant with a proven capital raising record. A steady flow of investor leads, plus the support of an experienced Director. Fully remote, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in Australia.
