$200,000 - $210,000 including super + a bonus
Brisbane or Sydney based – hybrid working: 3 days in office & 2 working from home

The team of 15 you will manage will build platforms and developer experience to improve on that. Within this role you will influence how teams work, uplift capability, and set strategy for developer experience and platform engineering.

What you’ll do:
- Lead, mentor, and grow your team while shaping workforce capability
- Influence platform strategy, DevEx improvements, and modernisation programs
- Collaborate across Product, Architecture, Cloud, and Security teams
- Promote innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvements
Who you are:
- Experienced in DevOps, Platform or systems leadership
- Comfortable guiding teams through change and uplifting capacity
- Strong influencer with excellent stakeholder skills
- Knowledgeable in engineering practices – CI/CD, cloud‑native, SaaS platforms, automation
