The Role
Key responsibilities include chronic disease management, patient education, immunisations, triage, and wound care.
Day:Monday and Wednesday
Hours:9.00am- 4:30 pm
Employment:Permanent Part-Time
There is also the opportunity to work additional days providing cover for annual leave or sick leave.
Criteria :
Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills
A compassionate,professional, and patient-focused approach
The ability towork independently whilebeing a valuedmember of ourteam
Current working with Children Check
Previous General Practicenursing experience (desirablebut not essential)
