Full-time Operations and Administration Coordinator

ELT Recycling Australia is a growing tyre recycling company operating across multiple states in Australia. We are looking for an experienced and organised Operations & Administration Coordinator to support our daily operations, customer service and fleet management.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, emails and enquiries from existing and new customers, including service requests and quotations.
Manage general administrative tasks and support daily business operations.
Create, update and maintain EPA waste tracking records to ensure regulatory compliance.
Coordinate vehicle operations across multiple states, including maintenance, repairs, servicing and scheduling.
Liaise with drivers, mechanics and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain and monitor driver logbooks and related compliance records.
Process invoices and customer payments for tyre drop-off customers.
Assist with other operational duties and basic accounts administration as required.
About You
Minimum 3 years of experience in administration, operations coordination or a similar role.
Previous experience in the waste management, recycling or tyre industry is highly preferred.
Experience with Xero accounting software is highly regarded.
Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads and work independently.
Good attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on attitude.
