About the Role
We are seeking a Law Graduate or Junior Solicitor to join our Mortgage Lending team based in Milton, Brisbane. In this role you will work closely with our senior lawyers and gain exposure to all aspects of the mortgage lending and enforcement business.
Key Areas of Work
- Obtaining and reviewing searches of all persons, properties and corporations involved in commercial loan transactions.
- Drafting all relevant security documents including mortgages, loan agreements, guarantees, charges and caveats.
- Liaising internally and with clients and external solicitors prior to and after the issuing of security documentation.
- Ensuring all security documents have been correctly executed prior to certification and funding.
