Elliott May Lawyers in Brisbane's Milton area is seeking a Law Graduate or Junior Solicitor to join the Mortgage Lending team.
You will work closely with senior lawyers and gain exposure to all aspects of mortgage lending and enforcement.
Key tasks include obtaining and reviewing searches, drafting security documents such as mortgages, loan agreements, guarantees, charges and caveats, and liaising with clients and external solicitors to ensure documents are correctly executed before funding.
