Elite Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Production Assembler to join our client's team in Scoresby, working with products within the aluminum, timber, glass, windows and doors industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on assembly experience who enjoys working with tools, following technical drawings and producing quality products.
What's on Offer
- Monday to Friday, 38-hour working week
- Early finish every Friday at 1:00pm
- Monday to Thursday, 7:00am-3:30pm
- Immediate start available
- FullTime

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble products and components using hand and power tools.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, measurements and assembly instructions.
- Prepare components and assembly kits for production.
- Work with aluminum, timber products, frames and associated components.
- Handle glass and related materials safely where required.
- Complete quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Assist with labelling, packaging and preparing finished products for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area.
- Support general production and warehouse duties as required.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets and deadlines.
Skills & Requirements
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing or assembly.
- Hands-on experience using hand and power tools.
- The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- A reliable, practical and safety-focused approach to work.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- The ability to safely lift up to 20kg occasionally, when required.
- Reliable transport to Scoresby.
- Unrestricted Australian working rights.
- Flexibility to work additional hours when required.
Highly regarded industry experience
- Aluminum manufacturing or fabrication.
- Glass and glazing.
- Windows and doors, including frames and associated products.
- Joinery, cabinetry or architectural products.
- Metal fabrication or similar assembly-based manufacturing environments.
Pre-Employment Requirements
- Must have unrestricted Australian working rights (no sponsorship available).
- Successful completion of a pre-employment medical.
- Drug and alcohol screening may form part of the recruitment process.
- Relevant employment references and background checks.
