Production Operators / Pick Packers - Morning, Afternoon & Nightshift

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Operators / Pick Packers to join our client's busy manufacturing operation. These roles are ideal for candidates with experience in production, manufacturing, plastics, food packaging, pick packing or warehousing who are looking for ongoing, Monday to Friday work.
Shifts Available – Monday to Friday - Nightshift starts from the Sunday
- Morning Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm
- Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm – 11:30pm
- Nightshift: 11:00pm - 7.30am
Please note: Candidates must have unlimited Australian working rights.
About the Role:
This is a hands‑on role involving production line operations, product inspection, packing and general warehouse duties. You will play an important part in ensuring products are manufactured, checked and packed to the required quality standards while helping the team achieve daily production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Removing and packing finished products from production lines
- Conducting visual quality checks and product inspections
- Trimming, assembling and finishing products as required
- Picking, packing and preparing customer orders
- Checking product quantities, specifications and quality
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised work area
- Following all workplace safety, hygiene and quality procedures
- Completing basic production paperwork and documentation
- Working collaboratively with the team to meet daily production targets
- Performing general production, packing and warehouse duties
About You To be successful in this role, you will be:
- Reliable, punctual and committed to ongoing employment
- Experienced in production, manufacturing, packing or warehousing
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
- Physically capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on product quality
- Able to follow instructions and adhere to workplace procedures
- Safety-conscious, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Highly regarded:
- Previous experience working around production machinery
- Experience in Manufacturing, Plastics or Packaging
- Previous experience in pick packing or warehouse operations
