Elite Staffing Solutions is a specialist provider of recruitment and labour hire services across Australia, connecting reliable candidates with quality employment opportunities. We are currently seeking reliable Production Operators / Pick Packers to join our client's busy manufacturing operation.
Shifts Available – Monday to Friday
- Morning: 7:00am – 3:30pm
- Afternoon: 3:00pm – 11:30pm
- Night: 11:00pm – 7:30am
Candidates must have unlimited Australian working rights.
About the Role
This is a hands-on production and packing role suited to candidates with experience in manufacturing, plastics, food packaging, pick packing or warehousing.
Duties include:
- Removing and packing finished products from production lines
- Visual quality checking and product inspection
- Trimming, assembling and finishing products
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Checking quantities and product specifications
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Following safety, hygiene and quality procedures
- Completing basic production paperwork
- Working with the team to meet daily production targets
- Performing general production and warehouse duties
About You
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Reliable, punctual and committed to ongoing work
- Experienced in production, manufacturing, packing or warehousing
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
- Physically capable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
- Able to follow instructions and workplace procedures
- Safety-conscious and able to work well within a team
- Experienced around production machinery (advantageous)
- Experienced in food manufacturing or packaging (highly regarded)
