Elite Energy Events is one of Australia’s leading multisport event organisers, delivering iconic triathlon, running, and adventure races across the country. With more than 30 events annually, including the Shimano Husky Triathlon Festival, Run Wollongong, and Run Huskisson Running Festival, we’re dedicated to creating unforgettable race-day experiences for athletes and communities alike.
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and creative Web Developer / Designer with a good eye for design, UX and digital experiences to join our team and help build and maintain our event websites and digital platforms. This is a varied, hands‑on role combining web development, digital and graphic design, content management and day‑to‑day platform support. You’ll work across our portfolio of events, helping maintain and improve existing websites, build new pages, update content and create engaging digital experiences for our athletes.
Design will also be an important part of the role. Alongside web and digital design, you’ll help produce and adapt creative assets for our events, including signage, print materials, sponsor assets, social and digital graphics, resizing artwork and preparing files for production. You’ll also have the opportunity to work with APIs, analytics, integrations and modern AI tools such as Codex, Claude and Cursor. We’re keen for someone who is curious about new technology and interested in using AI and automation to make development, design and everyday workflows more efficient.
You don’t need to be an expert in everything. We’re looking for a digital all‑rounder with solid foundational skills, a flair for design, good attention to detail and a willingness to learn. You’ll have support from the wider team while also having plenty of room to develop your skills, experiment with new tools and bring your own ideas to the role.
