Elevator Service Technician (Gold Coast Based)

Position available: Lift Service Technician, Gold Coast, QLD

Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled services, repairs and breakdown visits effectively and efficiently;
• Effectively planworkload, in conjunction with team of service technicians;
• Be a good communicator and maintainexcellentcustomer relations;
• Ensureall work is carried out in line with company WH&S policy and procedures;
• Works within quality standards and procedures;
• Ensuretrue and accurate reports of activities and work carried out;
• Present a strong customer focus.
• Ensurethat Company Vehicle is maintained in accordance with manufacturers schedule and company policies.
• Supervise and train apprentices as and when required (Eletech is committed to training and development of apprentices).

Education and Qualifications Required

• Queensland or other Australian equivalent Electrical fitter/mechanic license;
• Manual Driver's License;
• Construction White Card.

Experience

• Experience in the lift industry required;
• Electrical licence required;

Requirements

• Candidates will be required to obtain a National Police Certificate and Working with Children Check in the course of their employment.
• Candidates will be required to be flu-vaccinated due to Eletech's customer's requirements (Health Care and Aged Care facilities).
• This position is based on the Gold Coast but can include travel to all areas in South East QLD. Successful applicant willbe flexible and self motivated,working within a team environment.
