HR Coordinator – Temporary Parramatta | $40–$43ph + Super | Immediate Start
Are you an experienced HR Coordinator available immediately and looking for a hands‐on temporary assignment?
Elements Recruitment is partnering with an established organisation in Parramatta seeking an HR professional to step into a busy HR function and provide seamless cover during a period of annual leave.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, is confident managing day‐to‐day HR administration, and can quickly get up to speed in a fast‐paced environment.
The Role
- Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding
- Preparing termination documentation, employment letters and HR correspondence
- Maintaining employee records and visa information
- Supporting regular HR reporting and administration
- Assisting with basic talent and recruitment activities
- Managing HR inbox queries and employee requests
- Maintaining accurate information across HR systems
- Using ELMO and Microsoft 365 to support day‐to‐day HR operations
About You
- Previous experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Officer or similar
- Strong HR administration and organisational capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working in a high‐volume environment with competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Experience using ELMO highly regarded
- The ability to work autonomously while being a collaborative team member
