To be successful in this role, you will be someone who prides themselves on their outstanding customer service, can remain cool under pressure and has a knowledge of our local area. Reporting to the Front Office Manager you will be responsible for ensuring we do not merely deliver service but do more than is expected to create authentic moments of hospitality.
You will be a confident driver as a large part of your role is driving our resort buggies allowing you to develop an excellent rapport with our guests. Your high energy, passion for customer service and exceptional attention to detail will see you excel in this role.
The hours: Casual role available working 30-38hrs a week, across a 7-day rotating roster.
The shifts: 7am - 3pm and 3pm - 11pm
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of resort facilities and promotions
- Role will involve physical lifting and movement of luggage and other items
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure procedures are followed in relation to guest confidentiality
- Experience working in a 4-5 star resort/hotel front office environment preferred
- Full availability to work weekends and public holidays
- Current full drivers licence essential
- Display a professional image at all times through personal presentation and polished communication
- Punctual, reliable and proactive
- Full working rights on an ongoing basis within Australia is required for this role
