Electro Optic Systems is seeking a Global Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll for the group's global operations via the Deel platform and payroll providers. This hands-on leadership role will centralise a new global payroll function, ensuring accurate, on-time payments, compliance, and scalable processes across jurisdictions.
You will manage payroll processing, platform administration, reporting and governance, while collaborating with Finance, HR and leaders to support a geographically diverse workforce.
