Digital Marketing Manager after a valued long-term member of staff left to lead our online presence and customer engagement strategy.

Responsibilities
- Own and optimise our ecommerce experience via Shopify
- Build and execute email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo
- Manage customer journeys and segmentation across digital touchpoints
- Collaborate with our cellar door, events, and production teams to bring the Elderton story to life online
- Analyse performance metrics and turn insights into action
- Manage Instagram and Facebook social media profiles plus a few others
- Ideally you will also have a background in design and be familiar with Adobe products
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in wine, food, or lifestyle brands
- Hands-on expertise with Shopify and Klaviyo (Winehub experience a bonus)
- A flair for content, copywriting, and visual storytelling
- Strong analytical skills and a love of data-driven decisions
- A collaborative spirit and a can-do attitude
