About The Role
We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Physical presentation of front office including displays.
- Handling client queries and/or referring on to specialised staff as required.
- Being first point of call for visitors to Branch including Clients and Staff.
- Responsible for collection and sorting of correspondence and deliveries.
- Support branch administration which may include banking, purchasing, reporting, bookkeeping/reconciling accounts, promotions, marketing and any other administrative activities as required.

- Have previous administration experience.
