Eldercare is seeking an experienced Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner/Specialist to join our specialist nursing team. You will shape and advance palliative care across our residential aged care homes, working with leaders, clinicians, residents and families to guide complex decisions and champion best practice.
Based at our Head Office with travel across metro Adelaide, you will develop relationships, provide guidance and education, and contribute to improvement initiatives to deliver.
