About the Role.

We're looking for a Buyer & Inventory Coordinator to take ownership of our buying, inventory planning and product management processes.

Working closely with our Product & Brand Manager and collaborating across Ecommerce, Marketing, Operations and Warehouse, you'll play an important role in ensuring we have the right products, in the right quantities, at the right time.

From forecasting and purchasing to supplier coordination, product setup, pricing and reporting, you'll help keep our inventory running smoothly while identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies and profitability.

About You.

You're organised, analytical and commercially minded, with a genuine interest in retail and how a business operates behind the scenes. You enjoy working with numbers, spotting trends and turning data into practical decisions.

You’ll ideally bring:

• 2+ years' experience in buying, inventory planning, merchandise planning or supply chain coordination.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with forecasting, replenishment, purchase orders and supplier management.
• An understanding of stock control, SKUs, product costing, retail pricing and profit margins.
• Experience with inventory management systems (CIN7 Omni experience highly regarded) and Shopify.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and communication skills.
• Confidence managing multiple priorities and identifying opportunities to improve processes.

What You'll Be Doing.

• Manage inventory forecasting, replenishment and stock planning across all product categories.
• Coordinate purchasing, purchase orders, suppliers and incoming stock timelines.
• Monitor sales trends, stock levels, sell-through rates and inventory performance.
• Oversee new product creation, SKU management and product data accuracy across CIN7 Omni and Shopify.
• Support product costing, pricing, margin analysis and commercial recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for product bundling, range optimisation and improved stock turnover.
• Prepare regular inventory reports and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Work closely with Product, Ecommerce, Marketing and Warehouse teams to support product launches and day-to-day operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes, systems and efficiencies.
