About the Role
El Jannah is looking for a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at the Prestons location.
This role is perfect for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take the next step in their career.
You will work directly under the Restaurant Manager to oversee operations and ensure every customer receives the legendary experience we are known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Run daily shifts effectively, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service.
- Complete food safety checks and ensure all workplace health and safety functions are met.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment at all times.
- Report directly to the Restaurant Manager and assist with senior management tasks.
- Lead by example, providing support and guidance to the crew during busy periods.
- What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in Hospitality or QSR restaurants is required.
- Full availability across weekdays and Sundays, covering both day and night shifts.
- A friendly, positive personality that can handle a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- A coachable mindset with the ability to take feedback and implement improvements.
- Strong team player who communicates well with both management and staff.
