About the Role
We're looking for Charcoal Cook's to join the team at El Jannah Earlwood.
This is a hands-on role at the heart of the El Jannah experience — preparing and cooking our signature charcoal chicken safely, consistently and to recipe standards.
As part of our opening team, you'll help set the standard for everything that follows.
No previous experience is required — full training is provided on the job, making this a rare opportunity to learn a specialised craft and be trusted with a key station from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate the charcoal pit safely and efficiently
- Cook charcoal chicken to El Jannah quality standards, every time
- Portion and prepare chicken for service
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and station cleanliness
- Support smooth service flow during busy periods
- Work closely with the wider team to deliver a great guest experience, the EJ Way
