What we're looking for

Ideally, you'll have:

• At least 1 year of dental assisting experience or a relevant qualification, such as Certificate III in Dental Assisting (preferred).

• Confidence providing chairside assistance and supporting dentists during procedures.

• A willingness to assist with sterilisation, room changeovers, restocking and general clinical duties.

• A warm, friendly personality and a patient-focused approach.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with patients and colleagues.

• The ability to multitask, stay organised and work efficiently in a busy practice.

• A reliable, adaptable attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for learning and growing.
