About the Role
As a Dental Assistant / Receptionist, you’ll play an important part in supporting our dentists, keeping our clinics running smoothly and ensuring our patients feel comfortable and well cared for.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing chairside assistance to our dentists
- Preparing treatment rooms and assisting with sterilisation and infection control
- Welcoming patients and providing a friendly, professional experience
- Managing appointments, bookings and patient records
- Responding to phone and patient enquiries
- Processing payments, billing and other reception duties
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day practice operations
What We’re Looking For
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous experience in dental assisting and/or dental reception
- A warm, friendly and professional approach with patients and colleagues
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Confidence managing a range of clinical and administrative responsibilities
- A reliable, adaptable and proactive attitude
- A willingness to learn, develop and support the team wherever needed
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career in dentistry
