Our ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in dental assisting or dental reception (highly regarded).
- A warm, approachable and professional manner.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confidence in greeting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments and assisting with general reception duties.
- The ability to provide chairside assistance, assist with sterilisation and support the smooth running of the practice.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A reliable, punctual and enthusiastic approach to work.
- The confidence to work independently while also being a supportive team player.
- A willingness to learn, take initiative and adapt to the needs of the practice.
The successful candidate will need to be:
- Willing to work across both Brightsmiles locations as required.
- Available to assist with additional shifts during staff leave, busy periods and when extra support is needed.
- Adaptable and happy to contribute wherever needed, whether that's at reception or assisting our clinical team.
