We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Workshop Controller to join our busy multi franchise service centre in Mc Graths Hill.
As a Workshop Manager / Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient operation of our workshop, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate workshop activities, including job scheduling, resource allocation, and technician assignments.
Ensure adherence to service standards and quality control measures.
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex automotive issues.
Train and mentor less experienced staff.
Liaise with internal staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or Foreman in a similar automotive environment.

Current NSW driver's licence.
