Ehlerth Electrical is seeking a full-time Storeman / Delivery Driver to join our electrical, air-conditioning and solar team in Northgate, Queensland.
In this role, you will be responsible for the effective management and distribution of our electrical products and materials.
- What you'll be doing ( Warehouse & Delivery )
- Receiving, checking and unloading incoming stock deliveries
- Storing and organising inventory in the warehouse
- Picking, packing and dispatching technicians' orders.
- Delivering stock to customer locations using the company vehicle
- Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse
- Assisting with general warehouse operations as required
- Dumping of rubbish and scrap
- What you'll be doing ( Office Work )
- Checking all supplier invoices to ensure pricing is accurate and assigned to a job.
- Manage stock from the warehouse onto individual jobs.
- Manage credits and returns
- Checking of jobs for the following day to check all materials are accounted for, organised and ready for the technicians the next day.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Storeman, Warehouse Operative or Delivery Driver in the electrical industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit to lift large items such as solar panels and air conditioners.
- A current manual driver's license and clean driving record
