Desired Skills and Experience
- The successful candidate will ideally hold a relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to confidently lead, support and inspire teams
- Sound knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements, with a commitment to maintaining high standards across service operations
- Demonstrated experience leading teams, fostering a positive, collaborative and accountable workplace culture
- A strong commitment to high-quality practice, with the ability to promote continuous improvement and positive outcomes for children
- Experience overseeing day-to-day service operations, including effectively managing competing priorities and operational requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with families, staff, community members and key stakeholders
