Educate Me Montessori is seeking an experienced and confident Centre Director/Nominated Supervisor to lead our established 40-place service in Greystanes.
Location: 15 Hyacinth Street, Greystanes NSW 2145. Conveniently located near Merrylands, Parramatta, Pemulwuy, Wetherill Park and surrounding Western Sydney suburbs.
This position is suited to an experienced childcare leader who can confidently oversee compliance, staffing, family relationships and the day-to-day operation of the service. You will be supported by an involved Approved Provider and an established team.
To be considered, applicants must have:
- Previous experience as a Centre Director, Centre Manager, Nominated Supervisor or experienced Assistant Director/2IC
- A Diploma or approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification
- Strong working knowledge of the NQF, National Regulations and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring and managing a team
- Experience managing rosters, occupancy, family concerns and service operations
- Current Working With Children Check and required first-aid qualifications
- Montessori experience is welcomed but not essential.
