We're looking for an exceptional Equities PM to take ownership of a systematic long/short equities strategy and help build what comes next.
You'll work directly alongside the firm's CEO and CIO, both of whom have operated inside leading global investment firms.
You might be a fit if you:
- Combine deep equity market understanding with quantitative rigour and exceptional investment judgement.
- Understand why an investment edge exists, what makes it persistent and when it may disappear.
- Have demonstrated the ability to generate alpha, manage risk and deliver results with live capital.
- Think independently, challenge assumptions and take personal ownership of investment outcomes.
You should ideally have:
- A proven track record in equity portfolio management, systematic or quantitative investment strategies.
- Experience within a hedge fund, proprietary trading firm or institutional asset manager.
- Strong understanding of long/short equities, portfolio construction, capital allocation and risk.
- The capability and ambition to build and lead an exceptional investment function.
We welcome exceptional quantamental, systematic and fundamentally driven equity PMs with demonstrated quantitative capability.
You'll be responsible for:
- Building and managing a systematic long/short equities strategy.
- Identifying, developing and validating differentiated sources of alpha.
- Owning portfolio construction, capital allocation and risk.
- Evaluating performance and adapting to changing market conditions.
- Building the investment processes and capabilities required for long-term success.
Everything is measured by one outcome:
Does it improve long-term, risk-adjusted P&L?
