Edge Early Learning Beaudesert is seeking a Lead Educator to inspire and guide a team of educators within a nurturing long day care setting. You will deliver engaging programs aligned to the EYLF, mentor staff, build strong relationships with children and families, and partner with the Centre Director to foster a positive centre culture while supporting continuous quality improvement.
Applicants must hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) with relevant long day care experience.
