Warehouse and Facilities Manager in Sydney

Warehouse and Facilities Manager in Sydney

Sydney Full-Time On-site
E

Are you someone who enjoys keeping things organised, solving problems and making sure the day runs smoothly? We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse & Facilities Manager who can take ownership of our warehouse operations while helping keep our site safe and well maintained.

Eden Gardens Macquarie Park is a vibrant, multi-use site, hosting a range of retail, commercial and philanthropic business activities. This role plays an important part in keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring the site remains safe and organised.

The main focus of this role is warehouse and logistics management supported by the site maintenance, contractors coordination and facilities compliance.

Our warehouse operates from an adapted car park rather than a traditional warehouse environment. This means being resourceful, making the best use of available space and finding practical ways to manage stock and daily operations efficiently.

You'll work closely with a small team, supporting our three retail locations in Balmain, Rosebery and Macquarie Park, as well as our E-commerce operations. You'll be involved in day-to-day activities and have the opportunity to make a real difference through your organisation, initiative and practical approach.

This is a varied, very hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys taking responsibility, working with people and seeing the results of their efforts.

Support workplace health and safety, site inspections and fire and emergency procedure training.

Assess maintenance issues and determine what can be safely handled in-house and when specialist contractors are required.

Manage maintenance requirements practically and cost-effectively, escalating significant works and expenditure decisions to the Managing Director for approval.
