EcoSure is a division of Ecolab and a global leader in food safety and brand protection. We are currently seeking a freelance Food Safety & Brand Standards Auditor in Newcastle, with audit assignments covering Bamburgh, Berwick & Hexham. In this role, you will support food service brands by conducting on-site assessments and providing consultancy to ensure alignment with brand standards and to enhance the guest experience.
Your responsibilities will include: Conducting food safety, health & hygiene, and brand standard assessments at client sites
Providing consultancy to clients on food safety and hygiene best practices
Maintaining strong client relationships
Minimum Qualifications: Hold a Level 4 Food Safety qualification
Be flexible and available to complete assignments on both weekdays and weekends, across a variety of dayparts
Have access to a vehicle, hold a full, clean driving licence
Based in or near the assigned territory
Skills and Requirements: Proven experience in food safety auditing (e.g. retail, hotel F&B, convenience stores)Strong relationship management skills
Ability to work independently with initiative, sound judgment, and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
