Eco Village Hair is seeking an experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our talented team! This is a part-time position that offers flexibility whilst allowing you to make a significant impact in our salon. As a Senior Hairdresser, you will be at the forefront of leading by example through exceptional hair care, team mentorship, and a commitment to the quality and consistency our clients trust. This role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for quality, creativity, and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a comprehensive range of hair services including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments to clients, maintaining exceptional standards of quality and professionalism.
- Consult with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and hair care needs, offering expert advice and recommendations.
- Mentor and supervise junior hairdressers, providing guidance on techniques, client service, and professional development.
- Ensure the salon environment remains clean, hygienic, and well-organised in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Manage client bookings and ensure appointments run smoothly, providing an outstanding customer experience.
- Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products, continuously developing your professional skills.
