As a Senior Stylist at Eco Organic Hair, creating beautiful hair for our loyal clientele is our number one priority. We are a busy salon predominantly focused on colour, so we are looking for someone confident and competent in all aspects of foiling, balayage, and colour correction, as well as being great with cutting.
Casual position 3-4 days per week based in our Cotton Tree, QLD location.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing a range of exceptional cut, colour, and styling services to clients based on their individual needs.
- Maintaining a high level of technical skills and keeping up to date with the colouring techniques.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior stylists to help develop their skills.
- Actively contributing to the overall success of the salon through excellent customer service.
What we're looking for:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a qualified hair stylist.
- Formal hairdressing qualifications (e.g. Certificate III in Hairdressing).
- Extensive knowledge in colouring, cutting, and styling techniques.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalised experience.
- Strong time management and organisational skills to juggle multiple clients.
- A genuine passion and focus for the hair industry.
