ECMS is seeking a Community Outreach & Engagement Officer to drive enrolments and improve access to free kindergarten for underrepresented families. This field-based role requires regular travel and direct work with families, community organisations, and councils to remove barriers to access.
You will achieve targets through proactive outreach, nurture relationships, and guide families through the enrolment journey with empathy and clarity.
