ECA International in Sydney is looking for a Japanese-speaking Customer Success Manager to partner with clients across Australia and the APAC region, helping them adopt our SaaS platform and realise value from it.
You will lead onboarding, training, and ongoing success, build strong client relationships, monitor usage, and collaborate with product and sales teams to drive renewals and expansions, while delivering excellent customer outcomes.
