Your core responsibilities include
- Sourcing high quality candidates
- Processing new jobs into the system including entry on to CRIS systemand placing advertisements on job boards
- Short listing, calling and interviewing candidates
- Formatting CV’s and completing candidate profiles
- Reference checking
- Drafting emails for senior staff
- Placement administration and other admin as required
Qualifications/experience
- Current tertiary qualifications
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
- Ability to follow instructions
- Self-motivated
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft word and Excel
- Initiative and dedicated
- Customer service or administration experience
- Ability to track progress (amount of calls, CV’s sent and interview requests)
