We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer oriented Receptionist to work in a brand-new modern office and be part of an amazing and collaborative team in the heart of Chatswood CBD. Ideally, you will have a positive Can-Do Attitude and Excellent communication skills in order to be considered for this role.
Your duties include, but are not limited to:
- Arranging external and internal events
- Managing the overall meeting rooms
- Managing / Servicing guests check in and outs
- Ensuring that the front of office and recreation area are tidy and well organised
- Providing assistance in the office all around duties and other administrative tasks
- Answering telephone, email queries and directing to appropriate departments
- Arranging social media events and internal/external activities
- Developing in house rules for all of the employees
To be eligible for this role, you must have:
- Flexibility and be available to assist in various needs inside and outside the office
- Excellent presentation skills and polite manners
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Office suite
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
