Thailand Affiliate Marketing Coordinator in Melbourne

What you’ll build with us:

• Play a key role in building the affiliate network from the ground up, managing local partners and driving high-quality traffic through performance-based channels such as social and streaming platforms as well as websites.
• Support other Southeast Asian markets, such as the Philippines, as needed, ensuring flexibility and ongoing impact across the region.

We believe in the value of in-person collaboration! This is a full-time, on-site role at our Melbourne office, where you’ll work closely with our dynamic team to drive innovation and growth.

The impact you’ll make:

• Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliates in the Thailand market across social media, streaming platforms and other traffic channels.
• Build and manage relationships with Thai-speaking partners, acting as the main point of contact for daily communication and support.
• Assist in launching and scaling the Thailand affiliate program from day one.
• Analyse affiliate performance data to optimise traffic quality, conversions and ROI.
• Negotiate commission structures and partnership terms to maximise growth and profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and local user behaviour in Thailand.
• Ensure compliance and maintain high standards of partner quality to protect brand integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency.
• Support other Southeast Asian markets, such as the Philippines, when required to balance team workload.

Your track record:

• Fluent in Thai and English, both spoken and written.
• 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing or similar roles.
• Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to interpret data and identify growth opportunities.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive.
• Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Understanding of Southeast Asian markets, especially Thailand.

Bonus points if you also have:

• Familiarity with streaming platforms, social media traffic or performance marketing channels.
• Experience using tools such as Google Sheets or Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Exposure to iGaming, crypto, or similar industries is a plus.
