Experienced Travel Consultant for our Gympie office
You will be joining a friendly, collaborative team in a fast paced travel environment where you will assist clients in creating memorable travel experiences whilst providing a high level of personalised service. Flexible working hours are available for the right person, along with genuine travel opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Create tailored domestic and international travel experiences designed around each client's interests and needs.
- Recommend and co-ordinate premium flights, accommodation, cruises, touring options and exclusive private experiences.
- Manage bookings from initial enquiry and quotation through to final travel documentation.
- Offer expert advice on fares, supplier conditions, travel insurance and entry requirements.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through outstanding service and attention to detail.
- Achieve sales and service goals while consistently delivering value to clients.

- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Genuine passion for travel
- Positive attitude and desire to have fun while being part of a busy team
- Full working rights in Australia
- Previous travel industry experience (highly desirable)
- Experience using Sabre or another GDS (highly desirable)
