Eastern States Engineering (ESE) is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead our structural steel fabrication workshop in Brisbane and drive safety, quality, productivity and people leadership.
Reporting to the COO, you will plan labour and equipment, manage capacity, lead daily production meetings, and champion a safety-first culture while ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards.
