Eastern Palliative Care (EPC) is a not-for-profit value-based healthcare organisation delivering specialist palliative care to clients and their families in their own homes throughout Melbourne's Eastern Metropolitan Region.

Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
- Passion for delivering holistic nursing care in a community setting
- Palliative care experience in either inpatient or community settings
- Eligible for membership with AASW or PACFA (or equivalent professional body)
- Passion for providing psychosocial and palliative support to individuals and families experiencing life-limiting illness
