About the Role
The position involves a variety of front desk and administrative duties, including:

Welcoming patients and providing professional, friendly service.

Answering telephone enquiries and managing appointments.

Managing patient enquiries and requests.

Processing payments and billing.
-
Supporting doctors, nurses and the wider practice team.

General administrative duties to support the smooth running of the practice.
About You
The successful applicant will ideally have:

Previous medical reception experience (highly regarded).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A friendly, approachable and professional manner.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.

The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

An understanding of patient confidentiality and privacy.

Flexibility and a willingness to assist colleagues when needed.
