Eastern Creek Smash Repairs is seeking a talented and experienced Motor Vehicle Spray Painter to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in Arndell Park, NSW, this role is integral to the success of our well-established automotive repair business. As a key member of our skilled trades team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality spray painting services for a range of vehicle makes and models.
What you'll be doing:
- Preparing and painting vehicle panels, bumpers and other components to the highest standards
- Stripping, sanding, and priming surfaces prior to application of paint finishes
- Mixing paint colours to achieve precise colour matching
- Ensuring all work meets industry regulations and safety standards
- Providing exceptional customer service and liaising with clients throughout the repair process
- Contributing to a collaborative team environment and supporting colleagues as required
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified Motor Vehicle Spray Painter
- Strong technical skills in automotive spray painting, including in-depth knowledge of paints, primers, and application techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work efficiently and to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to contribute to the success of the business
