Eastcoast Beverages’ sister brand, Bambino’s Café, is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and customer-focused Café Allrounder to join our growing team. Set in a unique, custom-designed shipping container café, Bambino’s is an exciting new venture with plenty of room to grow. We’re looking for someone who loves great coffee, delicious food and creating memorable customer experiences, someone who is keen to get involved, bring fresh ideas to the table and help shape the future of the business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Serving customers our range of hot and cold beverages, fresh food and delicious treats.
- Delivering friendly, welcoming service and creating a great café experience.
- Assisting with the preparation of food and drinks.
- Keeping the café clean, organised and running smoothly.
- Managing stock, assisting with orders and ensuring everything is ready for a great day of trade.
- Getting involved in the day-to-day operations and helping bring the Bambino’s vision to life.

We’re looking for someone who is motivated, personable and ready to roll up their sleeves. Hospitality experience is a bonus, but a positive attitude, initiative and a genuine passion for great customer service are what matter most.
Requirements:
- Competence and understanding in Barista operations, and food service.
- Excellent hygiene and safety standards.
- Be available to work Wednesday–Sunday.
- Flexibility to perform different tasks and ability to multitask.
- Management of day-to-day operations of the café including but not limited to processes and procedures, managing stock and deliveries, staffing, menu planning, maintaining inventory, monitoring daily expenses and revenue, improving profit margins, monitoring budgets and working with suppliers and vendors.
- Organise and manage maintenance and repairs with onsite maintenance manager.
- Work with the team to manage events coming through the café.
- Must be across regulations in the food health and safety area, and manage any new requirements as they come through.
- Ensure all café areas and café grounds are clean and tidy.
- Ability to work independently when required.
- A willingness to learn from others.
- Experience in café management particularly around developing processes and procedures, stock management, ordering, square systems etc.
