The team works with leading corporates and financial sponsors on transformational transactions, bringing together strategic advice, sector expertise and execution capabilities across a broad range of situations.
This hire will suit a banker looking for more than a purely execution-focused position.
You will be involved from the early stages of a transaction, helping clients assess strategic options, evaluate potential acquisitions and divestments, and navigate complex negotiations through to completion.
You will also play an important role in developing client relationships, identifying emerging opportunities and working alongside senior sector coverage colleagues to convert strategic discussions into mandates.
