A leading global investment bank is looking to add an Associate to its Sydney FIG team.
With sustained deal flow across M&A, capital markets and strategic advisory, the team is seeking a technically strong banker to support transaction execution and broader client coverage.
The opportunity provides exposure to transactions across non-bank lenders, insurers, asset managers and other financial services institutions.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for key execution workstreams, including financial modelling, valuation and transaction materials, while supporting junior bankers and working directly with senior team members on client engagement.
The role would suit an Associate with approximately 3-6 years of relevant experience from a global investment bank, strong independent advisory firm or Big 4 corporate finance team.
Candidates should demonstrate strong modelling and valuation capability alongside hands-on transaction execution experience.
Prior FIG experience is preferred but not essential.
