Analyst / Associate β FIG β Global Investment Bank
- Broad exposure across FIG M&A transactions
- Early responsibility and direct interaction with senior bankers on live transactions
- Genuinely differentiated culture - one of the best in the market
A leading global investment bank is seeking an Analyst or Associate to join its FIG team. The team advises a broad range of financial services clients across strategic M&A, capital solutions and financing transactions, with an increasing focus on opportunities within the non-bank lending and private credit landscape. The hire reflects ongoing transaction activity and the need to strengthen junior execution capacity within a busy and growing franchise.
Working closely with senior coverage and product bankers, you will be involved in all aspects of transaction execution, including financial analysis, valuation, modelling, marketing materials, due diligence and client presentations. The role offers exposure to complex M&A mandates as well as debt and financing transactions, providing a well-rounded platform for professionals seeking deep FIG sector experience. Associates will be expected to take ownership of workstreams while Analysts will benefit from significant mentoring and development opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience within investment banking, corporate finance, M&A advisory or a related execution-focused environment. Prior FIG experience is advantageous but not essential. Candidates from generalist investment banking programs, sector coverage teams, leading boutiques or Big 4 Corporate Finance will be considered. Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities are essential, alongside a demonstrated interest in transactions and financial services. International experience will also be viewed favourably.
