Key responsibilities
- Assessing Construction Certificate, Complying Development Certificate and Occupation Certificate applications
- Undertaking critical stage inspections and fulfilling Principal Certifier responsibilities
- Reviewing plans and documentation against applicable building and planning requirements
- Providing clear technical advice and helping clients resolve compliance issues
- Maintaining accurate records and managing projects through to completion
- Contributing to team development and improvements in our processes
About you
- Current NSW registration as an Unrestricted Building Certifier
- Demonstrated experience in building certification and inspections (in particular Class 2-9 projects)
- Strong knowledge of the NCC, relevant Australian Standards and NSW building and planning legislation
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- The ability to work independently and contribute positively to a team
- Confidence using digital systems and a current driver's licence
