This is a fantastic opportunity to further develop your administration and customer service skills while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare industry.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice. Your duties will include:
- Greeting patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Managing patient records and correspondence
- Processing payments and handling general administrative tasks
- Supporting healthcare professionals with administrative duties
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a medical reception environment
- Exceptional personal presentation and professionalism
- Outstanding phone manner and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office
- A friendly, positive attitude and a genuine commitment to customer service
